This is a place to slow down and let go for a while. You don’t need to arrive with answers or a plan. Just bring yourself. Through gentle, attentive work, we listen to what your body is ready for and meet it with care.
Every session is a little different, because every person is. Sometimes the goal is relief. Sometimes it’s rest. Sometimes it’s simply feeling better when you stand up to leave.

What To Expect

My work is hands-on and energetic.
Everything I do is focused on bringing your body, mind, and spirit back into balance, so your body can do what it already knows how to do: heal. Before we begin, we’ll take a few minutes for intake. I’ll ask about what you’ve been experiencing over the past few months. This conversation will guide the plan for this and future sessions to meet your needs and goals (short and long term).
Once we begin, I do a gentle body scan. That might be through observation and touch on your feet during reflexology, through massage, or through feeling your energy fields during Reiki. I’m listening for what’s speaking the loudest. Your body always tells a story, and my job is to listen to it. As I work, I may ask questions to help guide the session. That often means asking about past injuries, areas of discomfort, or related patterns I notice. I’ll work the reflex while you reflect. Sometimes that reflection is physical. Sometimes it is emotional. Sometimes it’s simply noticing what comes up.

Manual Lymph Drainage
